Message	I was stopped at a red light and got rear-ended by a guy in a truck who wasnt paying attention. I had a witness and a police report that said is was his fault. He claimed I put it in reverse and backed into him and it took a year to get settled in arbitration. I finally won, but he got to go a year without being at fault delying his premiums from getting jacked up. _________________________________________
